After the company Jeff Jonson presented the name to founder phil Knight, Nike markets is producing more brands with its name like Nike Golf, Nike Pro, Air Jordan, Team Starter, and Subsidiaries including Bauer, Cole Haan, and Converse. Did you know that Nike is the largest sportswear supplier in the world?   The Nike "swoosh" is the most easily recognized brand symbol in the world. The "swoosh" was created in 1971 by Carolyn Davidson. Throughout the years the Nike "swoosh" has changed, but the original "swoosh" still remains till today.

Giraffes

           I think that giraffes are one of the most fascinating animals on this planet. Why you think that you ask? Well its because they have special facts about them..... Do you know how tall is a giraffe? If you don't know they are about 4.3 meters (14 ft) to 5.2 meters (17 ft). The tallest giraffe is this male giraffe that is 6 meters (20 ft). I think that is very tall compared to humans because 20 ft is taller than one of those highways that are like bridges so you can get to the other side. Giraffes are in many parts of Africa but mostly in Chad, Central Africa, and South Africa. Giraffes usually inhabit savannas, grasslands, or open woodlands. 
          The giraffe's fur may serve as a chemical defense, and is full of antibiotics and parasite repellents that gives the animal a characteristic scent. Old males are sometimes nicknamed "stink bulls". There are at least eleven main aromatic chemicals in the fur, although in dole and 3-methylene are responsible for most of their smell. Because the males have a stronger odor than the females, it is also suspected that it has a sexual function. The giraffe has one of the shortest sleep requirements of any mammal, which averages 4.6 hours per 24 hours.

    Its Christmas a holiday that we should enjoy. You can hear people caroling, see kids opening their presents. Or just people being with their families. I know i would because its the time of year when we can just enjoy each other and not worry about the negative things and actually think about the positive things. Did you know its better to give that receive? I know you must of herd that saying before because its true. There are many kids out there in the world that cant afford a toy. But with your help they can. Just drop off and old toy or for a donation and help out many kids, because one thing can make a big difference in someone else lives. Have a happy Christmas and remember always be polite and like what you have. But the most important thing is that remember to give and not just receive.
